Neat and clean hotel with amazing customer service. Free Parking in hotel excellent arrangements.Short 10 min walk to the Mall road - saved tons of money on taxi fare to Mall road!!Reminded me of 3/4 star properties in the USA - Fairfield inn by Marriott etc
One of the best properties in shimla. Rooms clean staff caring. They not only rescheduled our bookings..but upgraded us too. Amazing view of the valley from our room we spent less time but would luv to stay here next time too.
We have Visited thelis hotel with our big family. We were looking for some good breakfast option on the highway. This hotel provided us good food with neat and clean washroom facility. We had 4 kids with us and they enjoyed the ambience and the hospitality. Nice and clean hotel. Overall nice experience.Had fun at hotel dhroov.
Hotel dhroov truly amazing with best services and best staff. It meets the expectations of the travellers. I was there with friends for a holiday and happend to book this hotel. New hotel ,warm welcoming staff, nice rooms and nice restaurant. What else you need in a hotel that too at a place like shimla.
